As a Business Development Representative youll help create an outstanding customer experience by:

• Answering inbound sales calls using dealership processes
• Following up with customers who have inquired online by phone text or email
• Scheduling appointments for our sales team
• Following up with missed appointments and previous showroom visitors
• Confirming upcoming sales and service appointments
• Working aged and active customer leads
• Tracking sold vehicles and customer follow-up opportunities
• Working internet leads with the goal of scheduling dealership visits
• Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM
• Following all company policies procedures and safety standards
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Comfortable using computers CRM software texting and email
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not requiredwell train the right person.

This position is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment and requires prolonged sitting frequent computer use phone communication and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively by phone and in person while performing the essential functions of the position.
