If you have automotive BDC experience thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships with customers we want to hear from you.

• Handle inbound sales and service inquiries via phone text email and chat.

• Schedule appointments and help drive showroom traffic.

• Follow up with leads quickly and professionally.

• Build rapport with customers and deliver an exceptional experience.

• Create engaging video responses and be comfortable appearing on camera.

• Maintain accurate records and customer communications in the CRM.

• Work closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities.

Previous automotive BDC internet sales or dealership experience required.

Excellent phone and communication skills.

Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video messages.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Ability to multitask and perform in a high-volume fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude professional appearance and a strong work ethic.

CRM experience preferred.
