We are expanding nationwide and seeking a Business Development Consultant Recruitment Partnerships to acquire new clients build strategic relationships and drive growth. This commissiononly role is ideal for a driven relationshipfocused professional who thrives in a performancebased environment and excels at converting opportunities into longterm clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of highvalue clients
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Conduct outreach and present FenixHires recruitment solutions
• Strengthen brand presence across multiple industries
• Partner with internal recruiters to support successful placements
• Provide insights on hiring trends compensation and market demand
• Represent FenixHire with professionalism urgency and confidence

Qualifications

• Experience in business development sales account management or staffing/recruitment
• Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
• Skilled in outreach negotiation and closing deals
• Organized selfmotivated and able to manage multiple pipelines
• Thrives in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment

Compensation Commission Only

• Unlimited commission potential
• Biannual performance bonuses
• Recommended earnings range: $75000 $165000 annually (based on performance)
• Fully remote with flexible schedule
