This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement managing sales processes and enhancing overall customer experience to support the growth and success of our dealership.

• Lead and manage the Business Development Center team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract engage and retain customers.
• Collaborate with sales marketing and service departments to maximize business opportunities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through phone email and other communication channels.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

• Proven experience in sales management preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and use performance metrics to drive business decisions.
• Proficient with CRM software and Elead (Preferred).
• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
