As the BDC Manager you will lead ourBDC team to drive customer engagement increase sales opportunities and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the BDC team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage potential and existing customers
• Monitor and analyze BDC performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate closely with sales and service departments to ensure seamless customer follow-up
• Train mentor and motivate BDC team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and oversee lead management processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a BDC managerial or supervisory role preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with CRM software and BDC technology tools
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and lead conversion
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
