Job Title: Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Consultant

Location: Remote / Hybrid - Memphis TN - USA

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Range: $60/hr - $70/hr

- Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrated expertise in designing implementing and maintaining Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs aligned with organizational risk and compliance requirements.
• Strong experience conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) risk assessments and recovery strategy development across critical business functions and IT systems.
• Deep knowledge of recovery planning crisis management incident response and resilience frameworks.
• Proven ability to develop facilitate and document BC/DR testing exercises including tabletop functional and full-scale recovery simulations.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructure recovery solutions including AWS Azure VMware backup technologies and data replication platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to coordinate executive leadership technical teams vendors and business units during continuity planning and recovery events.
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional BC/DR workshops guiding business and technical stakeholders through recovery requirements gathering dependency mapping risk identification and continuity strategy development.
