Key Responsibilities
Develop and close new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
Execute proactive prospecting strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct client needs assessments and recommend tailored solutions.
Negotiate pricing scope of services and client agreements.
Manage opportunities and sales activities within Salesforce CRM.
Maintain accurate forecasts and consistently achieve sales goals.
Partner with implementation teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
Monitor industry trends competitor activity and market opportunities.
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and proposals.
Travel as needed for client meetings conferences and company events.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in business development sales or consultative selling preferred.
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and activity goals.
Strong prospecting negotiation presentation and closing skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Excellent communication relationship-building and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business productivity tools.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
