Location:

Camp Hill Pennsylvania. This is a primarily in-person position that offers occasional remote flexibility when circumstances require it. We value the collaboration mentorship and client service that come from working together in the office.

Note:

Candidates must be admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. While 4 years of legal practice experience is preferred we are open to attorneys at different experience levels who demonstrate strong character sound judgment a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in business representation and civil litigation.

Job Description

• Represent business clients in civil litigation and a variety of day-to-day legal matters
• Advise clients on contracts business formation employment matters and real estate issues
• Manage litigation matters from initial strategy through resolution including hearings negotiations discovery and trial preparation
• Draft and review agreements pleadings motions correspondence and other legal documents
• Build trusted relationships with existing clients while helping expand long-term business relationships
• Manage a varied caseload while providing responsive practical business-minded legal advice
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas and benefit from substantial institutional knowledge and mentorship
• Gradually assume responsibility for an established book of business as part of the firms long-term succession strategy

Qualifications

• Admission to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court required
• 4 years of legal practice experience preferred but not required
• Civil litigation commercial litigation business law contracts employment or real estate experience strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client matters while remaining responsive and organized
• Practical service-oriented approach to advising clients
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to continue learning
• Portable business business ownership exposure or experience working closely with business owners is a plus

• Required Years as Associate: 4 preferred; less experience considered
• Salary Bands (Only if attorney role): $70000 to $90000 expected total compensation including bonuses.
• Entry-level/no portables client-stated base is approximately $50000 to $60000 plus unlimited bonus. Experienced candidates with provable portables may receive 40% of provable portables plus unlimited bonus.
