Job Description:-
Our client is seeking a Business Application Analyst IFS ERP (IFS Generalist) to analyze configure and optimize their ERP environment while translating business requirements into scalable system solutions. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to drive process improvements support system enhancements and collaborate across stakeholder groups.

• Analyze document and improve business processes within the IFS ERP environment.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings workshops process mapping and workflow analysis sessions.
• Configure support troubleshoot and optimize IFS ERP modules and related applications.
• Support ERP enhancements upgrades implementations and process automation initiatives.
• Develop reports dashboards KPIs and analytics using SQL and reporting tools.
• Perform data analysis to identify operational improvements and business insights.
• Create and maintain system documentation training materials and process documentation.

• 5 years of experience with IFS ERP systems and business application analysis.
• Strong expertise in business process analysis and ERP configuration.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with reporting tools and BI platforms for dashboard and KPI development.
• Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of system troubleshooting and integration between enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations upgrades and testing activities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
