Position Summary

Ethic Tech LLC is seeking a Business and Financial Operations Specialist having expertise with the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) in Plant Maintenance or Real Property Asset Management to support ongoing efforts at various Army Installations both in the Continental United States and this role the individual will apply a full range of analytical and professional abilities in evaluating GFEBS support requirements for Plant Maintenance and Real Property Audit Readiness & Compliance.

This is a Full-Time position and will include a combination of working from your home office. Travel to locations inside and outside of the Continental United States may be required with advance notification.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create Business Objects Reports in the ERP Business Intelligence Platform ad hoc weekly mold weekly P2P Quarterly QA.
  • GFEBS ERP Reporting Quarterly QA items for all Garrisons Ad-Hoc year-end clean up and rollover.
  • Develop required reports for customer use pertaining to current and future operations and workload data from the service support system.
  • Perform data queries and analysis to support programs for the customer within the facilities management systems of record.
  • Work and Resolve PWSS tickets in all modules of GFEBS Plant Maintenance Spend Chain Real Property Project Systems cProjects Reports and Analysis.
  • PWIS Announcements develop and publish information to Garrison PWIS Team pages and provide answers to follow-up questions.
  • Extract ArMA survey reports and merge with GFEBS data into datasets.
  • Perform FSM Time Confirmations for assigned Garrisons using ArMA FSM.
  • Attend recurring Public Works Support Services (PWSS) meetings and provide timely follow-up on assigned action items.
  • Maintain specified funding trackers and support accurate updates to readiness tools dashboards and reporting products.
  • Develop and update functional area visuals tools and supporting documentation as required.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and Procure-to-Pay reporting support to meet operational and customer requirements.
  • Validate Site Training content and compile ticket input survey and mold reporting data for analysis and reporting.
  • Support Field Service Management activities including weekly time confirmations and quality assurance requirements.
  • Post weekly PWIS communications in Microsoft Teams and assist with year-end activities including customer meetings for WBS rollover and FM Derive actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Associates degree is required.
  • Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of relevant execution experience.
  • Must be able to gain and maintain access to a military installation and military systems to include GFEBS and Local Area Network access.
  • Current or Past GFEBS roles
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with all levels of an organization to include senior military and government civilian personnel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills including ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor. Position will require interface with Government customers and frequent collaboration with Military and Government civilian personnel
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint applications required specifically Word PowerPoint Excel Teams One Note. Proficiency in Office 365 Power Apps desirable.
  • Knowledge of Excel reporting Power BI and Power Query reporting desired.
  • Possess the ability to extract format and analyze Business Intelligence (BI)/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) reports for tracking against established financial metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possession of current NACI or Secret Clearance a plus.
