Job Summary
Role Overview:
Senior Business Analytics Manager within PNCs Retail Data Solutions & Delivery organization. This role supports the Retail Lending and Deposit data domains with a focus on Solutions Workout and Default data. Acts as Product Owner for assigned data sub-domains and partners closely with agile technology teams to deliver high-quality governed data assets for enterprise use.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Product Owner for Solutions Workout and Default data domains.
Partner with cross-functional agile technology teams to deliver data products.
Lead the design and implementation of a common silver-level data consumption layer supporting: Regulatory reporting Analytics and insights and Management and operational reporting
Manage and mentor a small analytics and data delivery team overseeing: Data analysis Solution prototyping and Data asset implementation
Analyze business and technical requirements and develop solutions tied to Jira user stories and tasks.
Create maintain and upload required documentation including Testing documentation STMs and Data and process artifacts
Provide regular status updates on agile sprints releases and project milestones.
Lead and execute UAT testing risk reviews approvals and stakeholder communications.

- Directs the strategic design management and implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics programs to drive customer solutions service innovation and profitability.
- Leads development and execution of complex analytical solutions to meet business requirements .
- Leading the research development and adoption of new and emerging analytics technologies; identifying technology-based business opportunities.
- Implementing mechanisms for ensuring that information provided is accurate meaningful has integrity manages risk and meets the needs of the senior leadership.
- Directing motivating developing and managing the performance of the management team and key staff.
