Job Description

Requirements & Analysis

• Gather document and analyze business and functional requirements
• Conduct workshops/interviews to identify workflows and improvement areas
• Prepare BRDs FRDs and use cases

Solution Design

• Map business processes to Guidewire capabilities
• Collaborate with architects/developers on solution design
• Define workflows configurations and business rules

Integration

• Analyze and document integrations with third-party systems data warehouses and APIs
• Testing & Validation
• Support test planning UAT and defect resolution
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
• Provide updates and ensure alignment across stakeholders

Documentation & Training

• Maintain documentation and deliver end-user training

Continuous Improvement

• Identify enhancement opportunities and optimize Guidewire processes
