We are is seeking an experienced Business Analyst 5 to support its IT - DTMB - Agency Services - MCSC team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Infor Global HR Payroll and Lawson implementations and upgrades. This is a fully remote role; however the contractor may be required to travel for in-person meetings at the discretion of the State of Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs aligning systems with business strategies.
- Conduct business process reengineering and identify new technology applications to improve efficiency.
- Develop functional and technical specifications for reporting and data warehouse work.
- Assist with business intelligence support enhancements and deployment of end-user reporting tools.
- Document and provide knowledge transfer to the Enterprise Reporting Team.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to understand data warehousing and reporting requirements.
- Develop RFPs and provide financial analyses such as cost/benefit and ROI assessments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 16 years of experience in the field.
- Multiple Infor Global HR/BN/LP/Payroll implementations experience.
- Infor Version 11 application upgrade experience.
- 15 years working with Lawson Versions 8 9 10 for HR Benefits Payroll Absence/Leave and Personnel modules.
- 3 years of CloudSuite experience specifically GHR and Payroll implementation.
- 15 years experience with BSI-Tax Factory.
