Business Analyst

Our National Technology Practice is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Tallahassee Florida. This will be a full-time on-site position based at our clients office and is not remote.

• Contributes to the entire software development life cycle from initial businessrequirements to deployment and production support.

• Creates process maps diagrams and documentation.

• Prepares written and verbal deliverables and reports.

• Develops and follows test plans and matrices.

• Designs and implements test scenarios and cases.

• Presents analysis results as needed for management and client reviews.

• Prepares project schedule and budget analysis.

• Captures analyzes and documents business requirements.

• Provides production support of software products by investigating and re-creating
  reported defects.

• May perform such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

• B.S. degree in an engineering discipline Computer Science Economics Business LawInformation Technology or Communications with a minimum of four (4) years relevant
  experience preferred

• Some exposure to industry standards such as ASQ APQC ISO Six SigmaSEI PMI or IIBA.

• Good technical writing analytical and communications skills essential including ability topresent concepts verbally.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project isrequired. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word PowerPointExcel and SharePoint.

• Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Outlook or equivalent e-mailprogram is desired as well as the use of Internet and other information processing andstorage techniques to support research of alternatives and the definition of designs andconcepts.

Expected compensation range is between $83k-$105k annually depending on skills experience and geographical location.
