Bachelors degree preferably in business computer science mathematics or related field.
5 years of experience working with IT-related systems or projects including Business Analyst experience.
3 years of experience in a customer-service-oriented and/or IT-related field.
3 years of experience in agile software development.
Hands on experience with Zephyr Scale Jira Confluence SharePoint.
Strong analytical problem-solving and requirements-analysis skills.
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into application and operational requirements.
Strong business-process analysis and process-mapping capabilities.
Strong facilitation skills and experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to independently manage priorities and deliverables within a fast-moving product environment.
