Job summary:

TheBusiness Analyst Sales & Distributionis responsible for developing anddelivering multi-variate sales reportsfor the the Director of Data Management and Analytics thisindividual will oversee the creation ofdaily weekly and special reports while working with IT and finance teams on a regular basis.

Lets talk about job responsibilities:

• Evaluate analyze and create special sales reports and maintain systems to automate delivery ofsuchreports to all appropriate parties.
• Audit reports and communicate potential gaps missing data or system with the use of MicrosoftPowerBI.
• Authorreportdocumentationand deliverapprovedrequirementsto the IT and finance teams respectfully collaborating to ensure reports are delivered by deadline dates.
• Provide monthly reports to the executive teamby pre-set deadlines. Set all reminders and triggers to ensure other departments begin any dependent activities on time.
• Assist in planning and executingprograms to deliver performance reports atmajor national conventions regional meetings and other company events both virtual and live.

Your experience and skills:

• 3-5 years ofbusiness analysisexperience(strong preference for sales analysis and sales programs)in a corporate setting.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in businessadministration / statisticsor related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to promoting the company and brand.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and think creatively to find innovative solutions.
• Proven track record in similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills(oral & written).
• Strong listening skills and willingness to ask questions.
• Detail-oriented organized and capable of multitasking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365including Microsoft Power BI.
