We are seeking an energetic analytical and results-oriented Business Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. This key role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our retirement programs driving data accuracy and ensuring audit compliance. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Audit & Compliance Support
- Prepare and format non-discrimination compliance testing data according to recordkeeper specifications; perform iterative data scrubbing until finalized.
- Review and audit the recordkeepers annual Match True-up calculations for accuracy.
- Participate in the data preparation and assembly of extensive reporting for the annual external retirement plan audit.
- Research discrepancies and prepare formal responses throughout the audit lifecycle.
- Quantitative & Financial Analysis
- Apply Plan rules to the applicable data perform iterative data scrubbing process and participate in finalizing the annual Company Contribution calculations.
- Conduct ad hoc retirement-related payroll transaction reviews and reconciliations with the recordkeeper to ensure calculation and transmission accuracy.
- Perform routine data reconciliations at pre-determined cadence between HRIS and recordkeeper systems.
- Plan Administration & Operations
- Serve as primary point of contact for participant inquiries.
- Audit and maintain retirement plan data quality and system configurations in the HRIS to ensure alignment with recordkeeper requirements.
- Coordinate in-person participant education sessions across regional offices and jobsites in partnership with the recordkeeper.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3 years of quantitative or analytical experience in finance accounting compensation/benefits mathematics or a related field.
- Technical & Analytical Aptitude: Demonstrated strength in data reconciliation mathematical problem-solving and advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and clear communication across organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in finance accounting mathematics business analytics or a related discipline.
- General Knowledge: Direct experience with 401(k) or defined contribution plan administration general investment concepts and familiarity with ERISA/IRS regulatory guidelines.
- Systems: Experience with HRIS and Payroll platforms (Workday and/or EC Payroll strongly preferred) and recordkeeper platforms.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as CEBS QKA CPSP SHRM-CP/SCP and/or S/PHR.
- Languages: Proficiency or working knowledge of Spanish is beneficial.

Compensation
Clark is committed to competitive compensation that typically has key components including base salary bonus incentive compensation based on personal and company performance.
