What youll do day to day:

• Collaborating Across Teams: Youll spend time partnering with stakeholders in Sales Marketing Support and Finance to untangle processes map out workflows and gather essential system requirements.
• Driving Agile Priorities: You will write detailed Jira work items prioritize bugs and manage backlogs to ensure engineering teams have clear direction and minimal rework.
• Building Strong Internal Relationships: Youll act as a trusted advisor to team members across the companyanswering questions listening to pain points and presenting data-backed solutions to leadership.
• Measuring Success & Impact: Beyond just delivering tools youll track project outcomes after launch to evaluate how well we met our objectives.
  
  

Youll excel in this position if you:

• Experience working with Salesforce email marketing tools ticketing systems and other internal tools to streamline business operations.
• Are forward-thinking with technology leveraging AI tools to drive deeper analytics and insights.
• Are confident navigating Jira to write clear work items manage backlogs and keep projects moving.
• Know how to influence without authority building consensus and rallying cross-functional teams around shared goals.
• Are proficient with charting and flow diagramming tools to map out clear efficient workflows.
• Have a proven track record of following and continuously improving business processes.
