Summary
Our client is a well-established structured Microsoft-shop organization looking for a traditional Business Analyst to bring order and clarity to a growing backlog of business needs. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in process-driven environments and wants to be the connective tissue between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders translating them into clear actionable specifications for delivery teams.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with business and technical stakeholders to clarify scope and priorities.
- Create and maintain business requirement documents user stories and process flows.
- Track and manage work items in Azure DevOps and Jira keeping backlogs organized and current.
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive UAT efforts by defining test scenarios and validating that delivered work meets business requirements.
- Identify gaps risks and dependencies in current processes and recommend improvements.
- Communicate project status blockers and changes clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Maintain thorough documentation of decisions requirements changes and process updates.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst in a Microsoft-centric enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for backlog and work-item management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting to both business and technical audiences.
- Experience translating business needs into clear requirements documentation.
