Business Analyst – Offers Platform, Assistant Vice President

• Configure new promotions conduct testing and monitor active offer engagement
• Support the Product Team in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing and preparing/reviewing reports across multiple offers.
• Maintain and update offer alerts across all product promotions
• Prepare and organize documentation including business requirements user stories test cases and training materials.
• Coordinate with technology marketing and business partners to track project progress and testing outcomes.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate offer functionality and accuracy prior to release.
• Assist and monitor customer inquiries involving Risk Legal Compliance and Operations.
• Update and maintain project dashboards reports and presentation materials for tracking progress and key metrics.
• Support ongoing releases by coordinating with technology teams to ensure timely and successful deployment of updates and new functionalities. Monitor performance and address any issues that arise post-launch.
• Support requirement-gathering activities by documenting business needs from internal stakeholders.
• Provide support as needed for audits and general inquiries
• Stay updated on best practices tools and trends in digital communications and marketing technology.
• Contribute to project planning release readiness and business sign-off processes

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in technology digital marketing product management or marketing operations.
• Bachelors degree in technology Marketing Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Exceptional attention to detail organization and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in with SQL JavaScript XML HTML.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); familiarity with Jira or Confluence is a plus.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industry
• Eagerness to learn digital communication processes and tools within a large regulated organization.

NJ - Salary range for the position: 85000 - 140000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business units incentive compensation plan which also may include a discretionary bonus.
