Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our business processes identifying areas for growth and efficiency and supporting decision-making through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement

- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and optimize business operations

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights into business performance

- Identify and monitor trends in the healthcare industry and make recommendations to adapt to changes

- Assist with the development and implementation of new business initiatives and projects

- Communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization including senior management to ensure alignment and understanding of business goals and objectives

- Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to business analysis and healthcare industry trends

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel Tableau and SQL

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and trends is a plus

- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Passion for improving processes and driving business growth and efficiency
