The Mid Level Business Analyst will lead comprehensive business process analysis and requirements development to support the procurement and implementation of an enterprise Electronic Document Management System (eDMS). Working within an agile framework the analyst will collaborate with stakeholders document business and technical requirements and facilitate project activities using tools such as Jira Confluence and Orbus Infinity to improve document management processes across the division.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders project leadership vendors and technical teams to elicit analyze validate and document business functional and non-functional requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder interviews workshops backlog refinement sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies.
Develop and manage epics features user stories acceptance criteria and product backlog items using Jira and Confluence.
Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes workflows document lifecycles and system interactions.
Create and maintain project artifacts such as requirements documents use cases process maps workflow diagrams and gap analyses.
Develop visual documentation using Microsoft Visio and Orbus Infinity including process flow and data flow diagrams.
Define document classification retention security access control and compliance requirements with stakeholders.
Support procurement activities by preparing requirements documentation evaluation criteria and vendor questions.
Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to evaluate solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Support requirements traceability change management and impact analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and support testing activities including test strategies test cases SIT UAT and defect resolution.
Maintain project documentation meeting notes decision logs status reports and knowledge articles.
Assist with implementation planning training deployment and go-live activities.
Monitor project deliverables dependencies risks issues and approvals according to the project plan.
Participate in project governance including team meetings PMO reviews vendor and stakeholder meetings and executive briefings.
Required Skills & Certifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in business systems analysis requirements elicitation and business process improvement.
Proven experience documenting business functional and non-functional requirements.
Experience with current-state and future-state process documentation including workflows and business rules.
Proficiency in developing and managing user stories epics acceptance criteria and product backlogs using Jira and Confluence.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies such as interviews workshops backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) change management and system implementation methodologies.
Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test planning and defect management.
Skill in creating business analysis artifacts including context diagrams functional decomposition and workflow diagrams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for developing process flow data flow entity relationship and system context diagrams.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams Visio).
Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira Confluence SharePoint Octane or ALM.
Strong analytical critical thinking problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent written verbal facilitation presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
Experience developing procurement-related documentation including business requirements statements of work evaluation criteria and vendor questions.
Experience using Orbus Infinity Orbus iServer365 or similar enterprise architecture/business process management tools.
Experience supporting Electronic Document Management Systems Enterprise Content Management Records Management or Digital Transformation projects.

Special Considerations:
Onsite work is required 2-3 days per week.
