Business Analyst - ERP Integration

Hybrid- Location: McKinney TX

Key Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business and technical requirements for ERP and enterprise application projects.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes and workflows.
• Create business process flows functional specifications testing documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders development teams integration teams and leadership.
• Support implementation of enterprise applications and third-party system integrations.
• Work with developers and technical teams on data mapping integration requirements and solution validation.
• Participate in testing quality assurance deployment training and production support transition activities.
• Conduct project meetings and communicate effectively with audiences ranging from end users to executive leadership.
• Monitor project progress identify risks and assist with issue resolution.
• Collaborate across multiple departments to ensure successful delivery of integrated business solutions.

Required Experience

• 3 years of Business Analyst experience supporting ERP-related initiatives.
• Experience participating in system integration projects involving two or more applications exchanging data.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
• Experience gathering requirements from both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of APIs integrations interfaces and data mapping concepts.
• Ability to review database structures and use SQL for research and analysis.
• Experience creating functional requirements process flows test cases and documentation.
• Excellent communication presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.

Preferred Experience

• Distribution wholesale distribution supply chain logistics or manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Epicor P21 Agility Microsoft Dynamics Infor NetSuite Sage or similar systems.
• Experience supporting enterprise application implementations.
• Exposure to Smartsheet Visio and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience working directly with executive and C-level stakeholders.
