Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis efforts for projects and initiatives
Analyze complex data sets and business processes
Develop recommendations to improve efficiency performance and profitability
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering sessions
Create detailed reports presentations and business cases
Mentor junior analysts and review their work
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business or related field
4-7 years of experience
Strong analytical presentation and business acumen
