Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team at VigorCare Pediatric Services. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis business intelligence and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes systems and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to drive decision-making

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to business challenges

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

- Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of project milestones

- Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques

- Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel Tableau or Power BI

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present complex data to non-technical audiences

- Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies

- Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
