Business Analyst Integrations

Job Description:-
Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for client integration project
• Lead discovery sessions to define workflows data exchanges event triggers and business rule
• Write and maintain detailed functional specifications including revision history throughout the development lifecycle using input from business stakeholders partners engineering and QA team
• Develop and present meaningful project updates reporting and dashboards that provide transparency and actionable insights for clients and executive leadershi
• Define system functionality including workflows impacts to existing applications and user navigatio
• Design user interface mockups visual models charts and workflow diagrams to support requirement
• Facilitate clarification and resolution of functional specification questions throughout the delivery proces
• Ensure functional specifications are accurate complete and clearly documente
• Present functional specifications to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedbac
• Translate client needs into clear actionable technical requirements and specification
• Gather business requirements from appropriate stakeholders when formal documentation is not provide

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business Information Systems or a related field or equivalent work experienc
• 5 years of experience as a Product Owner Business Analyst Integration Analyst or similar rol
• Strong analytical skills; strong attention to detai
• Strong verbal and excellent written communication skill
• Ability to deliver clear and concise project updates status reporting and dashboards to clients and executive stakeholde
• Strong project management and time management skill
• Ability to solve problems across domains (business functional technical and operationa
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain large sets of documentati
• on Experience working with APIs (REST SOAP or similar) including understanding payloads authentication error handling and status code
• Experience supporting system integrations workflow-driven platforms or data exchange project
