Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our organization by analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends develop insights and make data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis data analysis and project management as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making and strategic planning

- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to leadership

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

- Assist with the development and implementation of business processes and procedures

- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for increased efficiency and effectiveness

- Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

- Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment

- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
