Title: Technical Analyst Location: Remote Start Date / End Date: Start Date End Date Schedule: 40 hours per week Equipment: Supplier or Client provided Interview Process: 2-3 rounds (Video format one-on-one and panel style including situational and technical validations review of past work examples) Number of Openings: 1 POSITION OVERVIEW The Technical Analyst bridges the gap between our technical execution teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment on critical initiatives. This role focuses on translating complex business requirements into clear technical specifications to drive technological advancements and system efficiency. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Gather comprehensive business requirements and interpret them into actionable technical specifications. Liaise actively between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project goals. Create and maintain detailed reports system documentation and technical workflows. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Enterprise Quality Assurance (EQA) processes. Troubleshoot analyze and resolve technical issues as they arise within business workflows. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technological advancements to continuously optimize internal systems.
