• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Construction Management Finance or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience
• 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst PMO Strategy Portfolio Management or related role within an Engineering or Construction environment or equivalent education and internship
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership teams including preparing analysis presentations and decision-support materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook with the ability to independently produce high-quality executive-ready deliverables
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems organize multiple concurrent initiatives and maintain momentum across cross-functional workstreams
• Experience planning scheduling and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders & priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear concise messaging for executive audiences
• High level of professionalism judgment and discretion when working with senior leaders and sensitive information
• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines with accuracy follow-through and confidence in a fast-paced evolving environment
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining a portfolio-level strategic perspective
• Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining structure and clarity

• 25% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
