Job Title: Business Analyst (Helpdesk applications exp) 13 Years

Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

• Experience in gathering and eliciting business requirements from stakeholders and system artifacts and maintaining requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience in developing business requirements and preparing detailed documentation including use cases process flows screen mock-ups and data dictionaries.
• Experience in creating test plans and test cases and executing functional system and regression testing while ensuring complete test coverage through requirement traceability.
• Experience in identifying documenting and tracking application defects to resolution including performing retesting and validation of fixes.
• Experience in providing support for business applications in a help-desk or production support environment ensuring timely issue resolution and user assistance.
