Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes requirements and solutions

- Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders to support decision-making

- Monitor and track project progress ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to management

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

- Knowledge of project management principles and tools

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
