Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in ERP systems to support business process analysis system implementation and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have functional knowledge of Waste Management Procurement Accounts and Inventory Management processes and be able to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have functional knowledge of Waste Management Procurement Accounts and Inventory Management processes and be able to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze and improve business processes related to Waste Management Procurement Accounts and Inventory Management.
- Configure support and optimize ERP system functionalities based on business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users IT and vendors to implement ERP solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications process flows and user documentation.
- Support system testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and production deployments.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
- 37 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of business processes in Waste Management Procurement Accounts and Inventory Management.
- Experience in requirements gathering business process mapping and ERP implementation projects.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Infor or similar.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools.
- Experience working in municipal utilities manufacturing or waste management industries.
- ERP or Business Analysis certifications are an advantage.
