Business Analyst – Digital Asset Operations

• Sequence capability roadmaps and dependencies across multiple initiatives while improving operational efficiency scalability and risk management.
• Drive alignment across product technology operations legal compliance risk and finance partners.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership influence decisions build consensus and foster engagement.
• Provide thought leadership on the convergence of traditional finance and decentralized finance including related risks opportunities and operational considerations.

• 7 years of experience as a business analyst strategy or operations professional in financial services or fintech including 3 years in digital assets or blockchain domains.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional strategy formation and execution planning in operational functions.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills including business requirements process flows and technical system interactions.
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SEC and CFTC expectations.
• Familiarity with wallet architectures key management allowlisting and chain analytics usage.
• Exposure to custody platforms institutional wallet providers compliance tooling or chain indexing solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
