BUSINESS ANALYST DEPT

Job Title: (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in the Jonesboro area and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making and drive business growth. You will work closely with various departments within the company to gather and analyze data create reports and make recommendations for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights

- Develop reports and dashboards to present data in a clear and concise manner

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for streamlining processes

- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance

- Provide support for projects and initiatives by conducting research analyzing data and preparing reports

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field

- 2 years of experience in business analysis or data analysis

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Real estate industry experience is a plus
