You will ensure accurate decision-ready reporting and disciplined execution across HR technology initiatives driving governance and portfolio hygiene for the HR Technology portfolio. You will partner with portfolio and delivery leadership product and delivery managers and governance bodies to reduce risk and enable informed decisions. This is a part-time onsite role based in San Jose CA.

• Own and enforce Jira governance standards across HR Technology initiatives including reporting status milestones risks trends and summaries.
• Drive regular portfolio hygiene cadences to identify and remediate stale data late milestones and incomplete records.
• Govern enhancement intake and tracking ensuring clear separation between strategic initiatives enhancements and run work.
• Maintain and evolve Jira and enhancement guidance to support consistent usage across HR Tech teams.
• Prepare portfolio data and insights for executive-level forums by ensuring accuracy clarity and risk visibility.
• Guide requestors through software intake and governance processes to ensure compliant outcomes and prevent scope creep.

• 25 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience supporting portfolio governance delivery reporting or operational processes in a technology or enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of Jira or similar tools for initiative and enhancement tracking.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data gaps risks and inconsistencies.
• Clear written communication skills and the ability to influence through documentation and standards.
• Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and navigating governance processes.

$42.22 - $52.78/hour
