As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNCs Asset Management Group (AMG) organization you will be based in Birmingham AL Strongsville OH Denver CO Phoenix AZ Pittsburgh PA or Dallas TX.

What we are looking for:

Business Systems Analysis & Solution Alignment

Partner with AMG business and technology stakeholders to elicit analyze and document business requirements functional specifications and system workflows.

Translate business needs into clear actionable system requirements while considering data process and technology constraints.
Support solution design by validating requirements identifying dependencies and ensuring alignment with downstream systems and enterprise standards.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Act as a liaison between business users product owners and technology delivery teams to drive shared understanding of scope priorities and outcomes.

Facilitate working sessions requirement reviews and walkthroughs to validate understanding and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Communicate effectively across both sales-focused and process-focused groups tailoring messaging to audience needs.

• Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
• Participates in identifying evaluating and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements .
• Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity as needed .
• Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .
• Analyzes defines and documents clients requirements and revises existing systems logic challenges as necessary .

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with 3 years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often lieu of a degree a comparable combination of education job specific certification(s) and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary: $55000.00 $120750.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location market data and on individual skills experience and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company business and/or individual performance.

Generally this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 03/31/2026 although it may be longer with business discretion.
