• Responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of residents during transportation while adhering to all established state laws and Silvercrest Bus Policies.
• Assist residents on and off the bus - at the community and the destination.
• Collaborate with activities staff to facilitate outings and provide residents with an enjoyable experience outside the community.

What Youll Need:

• 1-2 years of previous experience with transportation services ideally with seniors
• Valid MN Drivers License with a clean driving record
• CDL Endorsement required
• High school diploma or GED
