Bun Maker

Lloyd Richards Personnel is currently seeking dependable detail-oriented individuals for a Bun Maker position with one of our valued manufacturing partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production setting following established processes and contributing to the success of daily manufacturing operations.

• Prepare and mix foam production batches according to approved formulas work instructions and quality standards.
• Operate mixing blending and adhesive application equipment safely and efficiently.
• Accurately measure and record material weights and production data.
• Complete all required production documentation and batch records.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and product quality.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products and report any quality concerns to supervision.
• Clean equipment tools and work areas between batches to prevent contamination.
• Follow all work instructions safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean organized and efficient work environment in accordance with 5S standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support production goals.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions work orders and production formulas.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately measure materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift certification or experience is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift carry and move materials as required throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to safely handle production materials and equipment.
