Bulk Cement Truck Driver (CDL) (Fort Lupton)

The Bulk Cement Driver (CDL) must have heavy haul driving experience and will be primarily responsible for driving assigned equipment to and from customer sites rigging up iron to equipment and oilfield rig requiring loading unloading and transporting cargo appropriately per company job safety analysis (JSA) standard operating procedures (SOP) and the federal and state requirements of the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Operate assigned bulk cement trucks including dry powder bulk units and related Class A CDL/manual-transmission equipment to transport cement and completions equipment to and from oilfield locations.
• Load unload wash inspect and prepare trucks and equipment for safe transport and field operations.
• Rig up and rig down bulk equipment iron hoses lines tanks and cement pump connections in accordance with company JSA SOP customer requirements and applicable DOT/CMV standards.
• Support cementing operations at the wellsite including pumping cement downhole and coordinating with the supervisor pump operator rig crew and other field personnel.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections verify load securement maintain required logs and documentation and report equipment safety or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Follow all company safety policies DOT/CMV requirements JSAs SOPs PPE requirements and customer site rules while working around heavy equipment moving vehicles pressure equipment and active oilfield locations.
• Assist with shop work equipment maintenance deliveries yard duties and other operational support tasks as assigned.
• Travel to field locations including North Dakota Wyoming and Colorado and work varied schedules nights weekends and after-hours assignments as business needs require.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge Skills and Abilities)

• High school diploma GED or equivalent education required.
• Valid active Class A CDL required; applicable endorsements preferred.
• Minimum of three years of Class A CDL driving experience required including manual transmission experience.
• Working knowledge of DOT requirements CMV standards state and interstate highway regulations and safe load securement practices.
• Basic mechanical aptitude including familiarity with diesel engines components and routine equipment maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively work cooperatively in a team environment and complete basic written math and computer-based documentation.
• Must be able to work varied shifts nights weekends and travel as business needs require.
• Must maintain reliable transportation and cell phone communication.
• Must be able to pass DOT drug and alcohol pre-employment testing DOT-compliant post-offer physical and other job-relevant screens.
• Salary Range - $26.00-$29.00 hourly DOE

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. frequently and perform team lifts or assisted lifts as needed for heavier materials and equipment.
• Must be able to climb ladders and access equipment up to approximately 15 ft.; bend stoop twist stand squat crawl walk and reach as required during loading unloading rig-up rig-down and equipment maintenance activities.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and sit for extended periods while operating commercial motor vehicles and related equipment.
• Must have sufficient grip strength and manual dexterity to secure loads operate valves and hoses connect/disconnect iron handle tools and perform equipment inspections.
• Work is performed in field road shop and outdoor environments including exposure to temperature extremes weather conditions moderate noise levels heavy equipment moving vehicles and oilfield locations.
• Must be able to safely operate CDL-required equipment including bulk cement trucks winch/flatbed equipment 40-foot floats and related completions equipment consistent with DOT and company safety requirements.
• Must be able to pass DOT drug and alcohol pre-employment testing DOT-compliant post-offer physical and job-relevant screens including vision hearing/audiogram musculoskeletal assessment pulmonary screening drug screen and functional capacity evaluation as required for the role.
• Typical work schedule may include 12-hour shifts field rotations travel up to approximately 75% nights weekends and after-hours work as business needs require.
