Role:
To provide general maintenance and maintain security for the banks facilities.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
E 85% Performs daily general maintenance duties at all bank offices including repairs maintains storage facilities; Performs routine preventive maintenance on a regular schedule (performing minor repairs repairing minor roof leaks maintaining plumbing and electrical systems changing air filters washing of A/C coils checking electrical components changing light bulbs and fixtures servicing bank vehicles etc.).
E 10% Works with IT Department staff to prepare offices and work areas for new employees or to arrange physical transfers; helps to move furniture and supplies as needed. Works with the Marketing Department and other areas of the bank to set up for meetings luncheons training sessions and special events; cleans up after events; helps with holiday decorations.
N 5% Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience Two years of similar or related experience.
Education A high school education or GED with certification from a vocational/technical school.
Interpersonal Skills Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (Customers or vendors) requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
Other Skills General maintenance experience is desired. Excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills are necessary. Must be able to work independently and possess problem solving skills.
Physical Requirements Must to able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity coordination and stamina. Requires lifting no more than 75 lbs. at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of 50 lbs.
Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely works around moving equipment and is in outdoor conditions that include inclement weather heat and humidity. Some travel to branches required.
As a general rule this jobs working hours expectation is Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm unless otherwise approved by the Facilities Manager. Periodically there may be circumstances that require coming in earlier than 8:00am and/or staying later than 5:00pm in order to assist the Facilities Manager with various tasks. Also this position requires a valid drivers license.
