The successful candidate will:

• Oversee multiple projects.
• Coordinate problem-solving efforts and manage emergency or ad hoc projects.
• Assist with determining preventive maintenance to be completed on buildings and building systems.
• Document scheduling and completion of work activities and assist with selecting contractors.
  
• Develop recurring maintenance programs and schedules.
  
• Submit appropriate work orders for County maintenance response.
• Engage vendors for commercial maintenance services.
• Analyze results of building infrastructure and systems condition surveys.
• Develop and prioritize mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems repair programs.
• Develop schedules to accomplish operations programs.
• Develop contractor schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Associate degree in MEP (Mechanical Trades Electrical Trades Plumbing Trades) or related field and four (4) years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
