What Youll Do

• Perform floor cleaning and maintenance using proper methods including sweeping mopping and vacuuming.
• Conduct floor care procedures such as buffing polishing and stripping to restore shine and extend floor durability.
• Clean carpets thoroughly using specialized commercial carpet cleaning equipment and techniques.
• Carry out post-construction cleans including removal of construction debris dust and residue to client-ready standards.
• Clean apartments/houses including move-in/move-out and recurring residential services.
• Perform interior and exterior window cleaning using professional tools and safety techniques.
• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors walkways and other surfaces.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards by promptly removing debris stains and spills.
• Use environmentally friendly cleaning products and practices to promote sustainability.
• Follow all safety protocols during cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Complete routine inspections of assigned areas to ensure consistent quality and proactively address any issues.
• Operate and safely transport company cleaning equipment between client locations.

What Were Looking For

• Prior janitorial custodial or floor care experience in a commercial setting is preferred - but were willing to train the right candidate.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing polishing stripping and carpet cleaning is highly desirable.
• Experience with post-construction cleans and apartment turnovers is a plus.
• Comfort working at heights and familiarity with window cleaning equipment and safety practices preferred.
• Experience operating pressure washing equipment is a plus.
• Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment and using environmentally friendly products is a plus.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record - this role requires travel between client sites in a company vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Dependable punctual and takes pride in doing a job well.
