North American Truck & Trailer a leading Midwest Kenworth dealership with locations in 6 states is seeking a Building Remodeling Technician to work out of corporate office in Sioux Falls SD. We are fast growing and exciting company. Come join our team!

As a Maintenance Team Lead youll assist in keeping our locations running smoothly and ready for business each day. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fixing things staying active and helping lead a small team in a fun fast-paced environment.

This is not a desk job; youll be working hands-on alongside your team while helping guide daily operations.

What Youll Be Doing

• Help lead and support a small Facilities team
• Train and guide technicians throughout the day
• Handle hands-on repairs and maintenance around the attraction
• Troubleshoot issues involving lighting plumbing HVAC electrical and general repairs
• Complete painting wall repair equipment setup and preventative maintenance
• Help oversee opening and closing procedures
• Support safety and operational standards across the attraction
• Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

What Were Looking For

Youd be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving
• Have maintenance handyman facilities construction or repair experience
• Have some experience leading training or mentoring others
• Can stay organized and productive in a busy environment
• Are reliable self-motivated and team-focused
• Like helping others learn and succeed
• Experience with HVAC plumbing electrical or facilities maintenance is a plus.
