Building Operations Specialist

Amentum is currently seeking a Building Operations Specialist in Chantilly Virginia. The selected employee will be in a call center environment monitoring alarms and facilitating customer service inquiries.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge Skills and Abilities):

• Employee must be skilled in using Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word.

• An employee should have experience working in customer service

• Experience in a call center environment/Facilities environment.

• Monday Thursday from 1500hrs 0100hrs

• Must be able to work Nightshift and a rotational shift if the department requires it

• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance at the TS/SCI with polygraph level

Minimum Education:

• A bachelors Degree is preferred but we will consider an Associates Degree if the employee has 3 years of experience in customer service.

• Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years
