Building Maintenance Technician-2nd Shift

Ready to put your commercial HVAC skills to work in a stable team-oriented environment Were looking for a dependable HVAC Maintenance Mechanic to join our 2nd shift team. If you enjoy troubleshooting preventative maintenance and keeping critical building systems operating at peak performance wed love to hear from you.

Shift: Monday-Friday 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Interviews: One virtual interview followed by an onsite interview
Parking: Free onsite parking

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.

• Clean HVAC coils and replace filters belts and other components.

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC mechanical plumbing and basic electrical systems.

• Complete preventative maintenance and respond to service requests.

• Maintain doors locks lighting fixtures and other building components.

• Perform minor plumbing repairs including sinks toilets drains piping and water heaters.

• Complete painting general building repairs and other maintenance projects.

• Prioritize preventive maintenance corrective and emergency work orders.

• Update work orders in the CMMS system in real time.

• Maintain a safe clean work environment while following all safety regulations and building codes.

• 3 years of commercial HVAC experience required.

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills on commercial HVAC systems.

• Working knowledge of electrical plumbing and mechanical systems.

• Reliable dependable and able to work independently.

• Experience performing preventative maintenance.

• Comfortable using CMMS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

• EPA Universal Certification

• Building Automation Systems (BAS) experience

• Experience with Maximo or other CMMS platforms

• Steady 2nd shift schedule

• Work at one primary campusno mobile route
