Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician Shop Porter

• Perform routine inspections of buildings grounds and parking areas.
• Maintain landscaping including mowing trimming edging weed control and debris removal.
• Remove trash from grounds parking lots and common areas.
• Perform minor building repairs including painting drywall repair door adjustments and basic carpentry.
• Replace light bulbs filters and other building maintenance items as needed.
• Monitor and maintain building systems and report repair needs.
• Assist with seasonal maintenance such as snow removal ice control and storm cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and maintenance equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service shop wash bays and surrounding work areas.
• Sweep mop and pressure wash floors as needed.
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean customer waiting areas restrooms break rooms and office common areas.
• Move vehicles and equipment safely within company property.
• Assist technicians with shop organization and material handling.
• Transport parts supplies tools and equipment as directed.
• Ensure exterior customer and service areas remain clean and presentable.
• Assist with vehicle washing and detailing when required.
• Support facility setup and cleanup for meetings events or special projects.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in facility maintenance groundskeeping janitorial services or shop operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools power tools and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment pressure washers and cleaning equipment safely.
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand walk bend kneel climb and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and shop environments.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles and maintenance equipment.
