Building Electrification Senior Manager

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join the Energy Efficiency teams Market Transformation & Building Electrification this role you will oversee program execution quality ensure financial and operational effectiveness and integrate crossteamdelivery to achieve market transformation addition you willdirectacrosscuttingsolutionarea focused on accelerating the adoption of advanced energy efficiency and building electrification technologies. This roleis ideal for someone whocan drivestrategic operational and financial performance across multiple market transformation and electrification programs andholds accountabilityfor advancing program excellence market impact and business growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managethe market transformation and building electrification solution areaaligningstrategy with company priorities clientobjectives and regulatory and market requirements
• Oversee and hold accountableexecution of multiple complex programs (e.g. codes & standards advancement technology pilots market interventions) ensuring delivery standards operational excellence and client satisfaction
• Establish and enforceimplementation frameworks procedures and quality standards to enable scalable and repeatable success in market transformation and electrification initiatives
• Develop and implementstrategic approaches for market transformation electrification program growth and optimization
• Design and driveoperational strategies to improve resource allocation program efficiency and market impact
• Assess and interpretperformance trends market conditions and policy developments toguidestrategic innovation and program adjustments
• Identifyand advanceopportunities to expand service offerings including new electrification pilots codes and standards support or market actor engagement
• Developcost estimates andforecastproject completion timelines for clients and proposal efforts
• Manage and developinternal teams ability to execute market transformation and electrification programs independently and effectively
• Developsenior staff and Project Managers through mentorship knowledge transfer and structured performance guidance
• Develop andmaintainstrategic client relationships with utilities public agencies and industry partners
• Leaddevelopment of standard proposal content andsubjectmattermaterials to strengthen competitive positioning
• Design implement and improveprogram procedures tomitigateoperational risks and enhance continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegreeand10years of progressively responsible experience managing complex programs solution areas or cross-functional initiatives within energy efficiency utilities market transformation or a related regulated industry
• 5 years of experience leading teams projects or programs with accountability for outcomes and stakeholder management
• Demonstrated experience with market transformation building electrification codes & standards or related initiatives
• Mastery of market transformation building electrification and energy efficiency program design and delivery.
• Advanced understanding of codes standards and regulatory processesimpactingelectrification and energy efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage financial performance and ensure profitability within a defined area.
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data market trends and results to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations client-facing reports and performance dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in engineering Environmental Science Public Policy Business Administration or a related field
• Certifications:Advanced industry certifications (e.g. PMP CEM or related credentials)
• Experience serving as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager for utility energy efficiency market transformation or building electrification programs.

The salary range for this role is $105000- $137000based on experience and qualifications.
