Building and Grounds Keeper

Join our team at Buchanan Auto Park as a Building and Grounds Keeper in Waynesboro this role you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness safety and overall appearance of our property to ensure a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and grounds.
• Maintain landscaping including mowing lawns trimming bushes and caring for plants.
• Ensure parking lots and walkways are clean and free of debris.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or facility issues.
• Assist with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or services.

• Previous experience in building maintenance grounds keeping or related field preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance work.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to facility upkeep.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
