Buffer Production Supervisor

The successful candidate will lead daily production activities support and mentor team members identify process improvements investigate root causes of operational issues and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency quality and performance.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and make sound decisions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• High level of accountability ownership and attention to detail

• BS or MS degree in a life science field or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in a production manufacturing laboratory or similar environment
• Experience supervising leading training or mentoring employees
• Ability to obtain respirator certification upon hire
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Experience working with an ERP system
• Experience with buffer preparation reagent manufacturing chemical handling or laboratory operations
• Experience driving process improvements or operational efficiencies
