BUDGET ANALYST

We are looking for an innovative engaged employee to join our team that is excited about local government and creating a community where all enjoy life and feel at :The Budget Analyst will have a variety of assignments and work closely with assigned departments to set budget priorities and assist in the preparation and administration of the annual budget for all assigned funds including the 5-year Capital Improvement Plan. Additional duties include monitoring and analyzing revenue and expenditure forecasts supporting assigned departments with performance measures and other city-wide :Equivalent to a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in accounting finance business or public administration or a related field. A Masters degree in public administration or a related field years increasingly responsible experience in public administration business administration or a related field. Self-motivation hardworking and good oral and written communication skills are a must for the position.
